Lost in the snow - Bonekit

The lost kit~
It was a very cold day, the hills covered under a thin layer of snow and ice. It was very dangerous for Cloudclan's cats to venture in such weather. They had to be very carefull to not slip off the boulder which could result fatal. A brown she-cat raised her gaze skywards, her eyes narrowed as she meowed.
"The snow is heavy and the trees are swaying... this isn't good. I feel that starclan is trying to tell me something."
A small snow white she-cat with yellow tones fashioned around her body, swung her head around to stare at her mentor. Blinking she replied. "Is it an omen Leafsong?"
"No Echopaw.. Well.. I hope not."

And I thought I was acting weird.’ Holding back a small spurt of laughter at her patched companion’s less-than-informative remark, Ameena bent her head, licking her chest as she spoke again. “Fine, cover up all the compliments the she-cats have given you,” she mused calmly, sitting up again and turning her questioning gaze on the tom. He still seemed preoccupied, which made her tilt her head a small amount, silently asking the question that was threatening to spill from her parted jaws- What’s on your mind? Deciding it was best to keep her mouth shut, the tortoiseshell mentally shook herself, twitching

Far up in the treetops of Rabbit's Forest, where the sunlight filtered through leaf-strewn, intertwined branches, there was an enormous amount of chaos. Birds were screeching at one another, almost as if arguing with each other. Squirrels were chattering and scrambling around, trying to get into the closest tree-den they could find. And all eyes lay on one multicoloured figure, which was quivering on the branch it clung to for dear life. Tail drooping down and claws hooked into the small branch barely stable enough to hold her weight, Ameena kept her sea-green eyes shut tight and tried to stop shivering.

Someone asked me to show the improvement of my art this year. So, here ya go~

January
Gosh... I remember my first warrior drawing ... It was a quick doodle I did for an oekaki. *Shudders*
Febuary
I was pretty proud of this picture when I made it. But I was still not used to draw cats and backgrounds. But it was an interesting result~
March
This is the piece I was most proud of that month. Tigerclaw came out just like I wanted him to be. It was also a nice try for expressions on my cats.
April
I fell in love with those two characters. It was my half of an art trade with *brownwhisker. She really liked it, and so did I. I'm still in love with this picture even now.
May
Ah, I remember. I was just done reading A dangerous path when I decided to draw this scene. It was very touching and sad. I cried when Bluestar died, even though I don't really like her. She was a great leader! But Bluestar's prophecy made me dislike her a little. I found her very selfish in that book. Anyway, I tried a different perspective look in this picture and enjoyed drawing the dog. I used to be a wolf artist before ;3

This picture was my entry for #WarriorCatsClaim's contest. I really enjoyed drawing this. I remember it all.. I started the morning and was done around the evening. I worked really hard on the background and gave everthing I had to make the shading and work with the colors. Gosh, it took me sooo much time! But I was so proud of the results and I still am.

Haha, I find this picture enjoyable to watch. I dunno why xD I know I've messed up some of Hindclaw's anatomy here; like the huge muzzle but I don't care. I still love this picture.

Ah ~ This was my half of an art trade with ~WaffleZ-MC. I'm also very pleased of the results. August wasn't a busy month for me xD I only had like.. 2 submittions that month lol

Yea, of course. Tigerclaw's death is one of the best pictures I've done of warrior cats.

From January to December, I can see the details you started adding to your drawings, including improving on animal anatomy (although I thought you were always good at that

) Your style of cats will probably be my favorite forever

Yea, I've improved a lot. I was more used to drawing sonic characters and wolves before. Thats why january is crappy xD But yea, I got the hang of it pretty quickly ^^
