Name: Gwenolen
Nickname: Len
Age: 20 years old
Birthday: 14th of October
Gender: Male

Nature: Bold
Personality:
He is most of the time highly enthusiasm and kind of hyperactive. When it comes to his hobby, the Jolteon is capable of overtaking any risk, even for little result. He doesn't want to lose any opportunity to prevail in his work. With other electric type pokemon, Gwenolen can grow very competitive without realizing. But it's all in good fun. Also, Len is rarely timid around boys, he's more in his nature with them; Bold and invading. But around girls, he becomes a totally different character. He's shy and nervous, even scared. The thing is that Gwenolen has never really partaken a friendship with females before. He had little to no friends and the few pokemon he had ever talked to ended up being all males. So, he is oblivious to the other gender. That's why he's so nervous around them. To him, a girl is an unpredictable creature, capable of anything. Mischievous by nature. So intriguing.

Pokemon specie: Jolteon

Home Town: [ Castelia City ]
This city is a thriving metropolis bordering on the sea. As such, it is much larger than previous cities and features a variety of areas. There are markets in the city in addition to alleys between sky scrapers, a harbor which contains many boats and it is connected to other areas through the Sky Arrow Bridge.

History:
The story begins in Castelia City, a wild Herdier by the name of Riff lives there. The city is a nice home, even for a wild pokemon. The numerous buildings, stores and alleyways give great shelter for a pokemon and provides them with many resources. But not all pokemon dare to live this close to humans. They prefer the safety and camouflage of the forest and deserts. For this Herdier, however, the proximity of men doesn't influence his decision whatsoever. Maybe it has to do with his specie, but either way, he prefers the city other than the forest and tall grass. But surprisingly, Riff prefers berries over human food and to acquire them, he ventures as far as the long bridge that separates him from Pinwheel forest. He makes that trip whenever he is short on supplies.

One day after a normal routine of berry gathering, the Herdier came upon a scene, one of the most shocking he had never witnessed; two members of Team Plasma were harming a small Eevee. The Eevee had to be just an infant, considering his size and body structure. Riff couldn't understand what was unfolding before his eyes. They barked out orders and used their own pokemon against the Eevee. Two Herdiers appeared, their teeth bared and fur standing on ends. A pokemon that was supposed to be kind and help other trainers in caring for their pokemon. Something was different with those two, it was as though they were blinded by rage. The Eevee was holding on to something, a small device which he refused to let go. Scandalized, Riff, propelled by his rather muscled legs, tackled one of the Herdiers and barrelled him into the other. Using the moment of surprise to his advantage, Riff took the Eevee by the scruff of his neck and ran off into the city, the two Herdiers at his heels. Good thing Riff knew the city like the pad of his paw, he took no time in disappearing among the trainers and citizens, using short cuts to disorientate his followers. And once he made sure that his pursuers had given up the chase, Riff squeezed himself in the safety of his nest that was situated in the basement of one of the buildings.
Riff placed the eevee comfortably on his bed. But even though they were now safe, the small eevee remained as stiff as wood, shrunk like a ball, his tail hiding most of his body. He trembled uncontrollably, not letting the herdier have a closer look at him. Riff couldn't blame the eevee. After all, his own kind was the one harming the kid. It took a lot of perseverance and patience from the herdier to get the eevee to open up.
"My name's Gwenolen... but call me Len. I-I'm an eevee..."
"Well obviously."

While caring for his injuries, Len told him more about himself. He was born in a day care, his trainer was looking for the perfect eevee and gender. He was named blindly by his owner, but as his nature and gender were discovered, Len was released in the wild. He never got the chance to meet his real parents and had to fend for himself at such a young age. Riff was blown away by his story, seeing as he himself had worked in a day care before and always saw the trainers giving out the eggs to the day care owners when they did not desire it. Never had he imagined a trainer releasing such a young pokemon out in the wild like that, just for mere reasons. When Len was fully healed, he grew more comfortable around the herdier and revealed more of his story. He had apparently stolen an electrical device from Team Plasma. The device was of no use for a pokemon, but for some reason, Len was drawn to it and needed it in his possession.

Seeing his young age, Riff decided to keep the youngster with him until he was able to fend properly for himself, but Riff grew too attached to the eevee and sort of became a father figure for him. Len never stopped hoarding humans' items. He piled them up in their nest and only kept the functional ones. Riff never minded, but he worried that his son was slowly losing his wildness and what little by little growing dependant of humans. There was nothing wrong with that if the pokemon wanted to be caught one day, but since Len never showed interest in being caught, Riff was starting to really question the eevee's behavior. Len wasn't interested in gathering berries or herbs, he only wanted to snoop around humans' stores and bags.
And one night, while he was scavenging the streets after another agitated day in the city, Len came upon a very intriguing stone. Fascinated, he gathered it along with the other junk and brought it back home. But when he opened his scarf and let all of the items roll down, he was surprised to see that the stone he had gathered earlier was now dull and dark. It wasn't as bright as when he found it, nor was it emitting any spark at all. Disappointed, he just assumed that it was a hallucination. He was probably too tired and so, decided to head to bed. The next morning, he was briskly awakened by his father. Tiredly, he stood up. At first, he thought that he was standing on something, explaining why he was taller than his father, but as he wiped the drowsiness off of his eyes, he saw that it wasn't the case. He had evolved into a jolteon after touching the thunder stone. He wasn't even aware that it was that kind of stone, but oh well, it wasn't that bad actually. Len found it to his advantage that he was now an electric type considering he was collecting a lot of electrical devices. His love for it even increased and instead of only hoarding them, he was now putting them in use by building small machines. He quickly learned how to use tools and showed a lot of talent for what he liked to do. His father was surprised and quite spoiled by his son seeing as the young jolteon created devices and machines for his father's use.

- An extended arm for collecting honey.. though it was a failure as the arm wasn't very accurate, ending up causing a lot of running towards the sea to escape the stings.
- A electronic bag that could gather berries by its own and more quickly, though the berries normally arrived crushed or damaged by the robot's firm grip.
At times, Len returned home spitting smoke and stained with char, a sure sign of another failure.. Most of his experiments were not as successful as he anticipated them to be, but Len was always up for improvement, and so he decided to create the perfect robot. A robot that could come to his father's every need.

He revealed his masterpiece in the middle of the night, in the centre of the city. His father, just by the look of this robot, was highly impressed and seemed already satisfied with the machine. But Len wanted to show him what his 'baby' was capable of. Boldly, Len stepped to the side and summoned the lightning to strike down and give life to this metal creature. Though from there, nothing went according to plan. When the lightning discharged its whole energy inside the robot, multiple bolts of electricity went charging out of the metal carcass, sending volts everywhere. Len was hit by a good amount of force and was propelled a few feet away. The carnage went on for another two or three heartbeats more, and then, complete silence. Len shook his head lightly, still a little stunned. Tendrils of static shock ran over his body before slowly ebbing away.
"Dad?"
He called, leaping to his feet.
"Dad!... Dad?!"
Then, came a soft moan. Len swirled on his paws and was horrified to see that his father had been hit by a bolt as well. He was severely hurt and static jolts constantly travelled around his weakened body. Len desperately tried to help his father to his feet, but the herdier was paralysed, he couldn't move and his body convulsed every minute. Len carried his father back to their nest, his heart racing like it had never raced before. Riff was placed on his bed, his legs stretched in front of him, stiff and shaking. With haste, Len shuffled through the berries, his brains trying to remember what herb or berry to use. But, it was no use. Len couldn't remember a thing. He couldn't keep his focus! Smacking his head, he tried to remember, but Len had never really paid any attention to his father's teaching. Electrical devices was all he could think of... Then, a memory arose from the back of his head. He remembered watching trainers heal their pokemon with potions and odd looking bottles. Rapidly, he ran through the pile of items. There it was. A Paralyz heal. He couldn't remember how he had gotten his paws on it, but it was the only thing that could save his father. Surprisingly, Len knew more about human items than he was did of berries and herbal effects. And thus, he was able to use the heal on his father.

It took a whole day for his father to recover, but when he did, it was only to be drowned under apologies. Len felt so bad, so guilty. As much as Riff tried to reassure him, Len simply couldn't forgive himself for risking his father's life. And thus, he decided to stop inventing and concentrate more on his father and making sure their supplies never ran short... and to learn more about the wild and berries. It was heartbreaking for Riff, he had no choice but to go along with what his son desired. Though he tried to revive his son's love for electrical devices, to no avail. Len turned down the items and returned them back to where they belonged.
It wasn't hard to see his son's disappointment displayed on his face. Even though he smiled, even though he laughed, we could easily guess that his only desire was to build and deal with electronics. He was always drifting off in daydreams, his eyes drawn back to the city whenever they were out gathering berries. His father couldn't stand watching his son waste such talent.. just because of a mistake. Len was hard to reason with, even if he clearly was unhappy.

His father went absent for a couple days, leaving his son with the only information that he would be back in a few days. Len spent some time gathering berries and the other half staring at the city and coasting boats. When his father returned, Len didn't show much excitement, only joy at seeing him again.
"You should be excited, boy."
"Sorry, dad. But I'm really thrilled to see you, in fact, here look. I gathered some berries while you were gone."
And at that moment, Riff handed a ticket to his son. Len blinked in surprise and grabbed it from his father's grip.
"What's this?"
Len asked as he rotated the ticket with curiosity.
"A ticket to Pokette Town. You're leaving by boat."
Len immediately let go of the ticket, his eyes wide in disbelief. He refused, insisting on staying with his father. How could he watch over him from that far? What if another accident occurred? There would be no one to help him! Riff picked up the ticket and handed it once more to his son, his eyes serious but with much fondness.
"I lived a few years by myself, y'know? I think I can manage."
Riff reassured him. Len stared at his father for a long heartbeat, his eyes teary. And half-heartedly, he accepted the ticket.
"I'm going to miss you..."
"Don't worry, son. I'll write you letters. You can't let your talent go to waste. And this.. is the perfect way to put it to good use."

Hobby: [ Inventor ]
Len loves to invent and build things up. He never leaves his house without taking a few tools with him, he never knows what kind of treasure he could come upon. It's a bit of an obsession with him. Whenever he sees a wire or something that could be of great benefit to his inventories, he can't help it but try to obtain it, whether it is permitted or not. That's why he normally scavenges for items in dumpsters, but he makes sure to do that after his day of work is over.

Job: [ Repairmon (Repairman) ]
His job consists in repairing electrical machinery mostly; a blender, an oven, a train, and the list goes on. But he finds it harder when it involves water. He's not good in plumbery. And also likes to renew old items and machines. He does a pretty good job at that.

Favorite Food: [ Pizza ]
Just pizza. Any kind, any size, any sort. Pizza.

Favorite Berry: [ Oran Berry ]
He doesn't really have a favourite berry, but if he was asked which one he preferred, he'd say 'Oran'.

Catch Phrase: [ Sue~ ]
He normally uses terms that have to do with electricity whenever he talks : 'Shocking!', 'I'll be done in a zap', 'Took me a bolt-beat to get there', and the list goes on. He also adds 'sue' at the end of every sentence.

Accessories: [ Blue scarf - Goggles ]
Len doesn't really wear any accessories beside his belt and tools. But he does wear a blue scarf and a pair of goggle when he's not working. His goggles are also used when he's putting his inventions at use. To protect his eyes from small particles. We never know when something's about to blow up...
