Belly Dancing Purrloin

Nope, it really is what it seems. It's a belly dancing Purrloin!

Anyway~ This is my fan PKMC character:
Name: Heili which is pronounced this way -> ( HEY - lee )
Gender: Female
Nature: Modest
Age: 19 years old
Specie: Purrloin

She is from a far away island where her whole family's daughters were to be taught belly dancing. It was a must for the girls since eventually, they'd become belly dancers themselves. They work in their family's bar and at occasions, in other places that could even be outside of their island.
Heili is the youngest of the sisters. She's 19 years old and unlike her sisters, she is pretty childish. She has the tendency to touch a lot. When she meets someone for the first time, she kiss cheeks and rub their kissed cheeks with her miniature hands. The only time when she can be serious and focus is when she dances, otherwise, she's childish, timid and easily distracted. She's also oblivious to potential danger around her.

Move set: Fury swipes, pursuit, captivate and snatch(which she rarely uses)

Also~
She met a Meowth called, Coin, in a bar from Dark city in Kanto. She was asked to perform for fellow pokemons that night. None of her sister agreed but she boldly stepped forward, claiming that she wasn't afraid to go in such a place. But, during her performance, her concentration was broke when two pokemon began to argue and she lost her footing on the stage. The Meowth caught her in her fall. Heili is forever grateful to the noble cat and finds herself attracted to him.
Since that day, she's been continuously sending him love letters.
